The Cutest Trunk-or-Treaters

Ben was Harry Potter this year for Halloween. And I think he was the cutest Harry Potter ever!

2010-11-05 022

Spencer was a tough ninja and Emma was the beautiful queen of the Nile. The kids had a fun time trunk-or-treating at the church with Adam while I stayed at home with Sydney.

How did my baby grow up so fast?

Hah! You all thought I was talking about Sydney. :) Nope. I’m talking about my angel Emma who turned 9 years old a couple of weeks ago. When did she get so big? Emma is such a wonderful girl, and she is a great big sister. Here are some pictures of her birthday party.

Thanks to Uncle Chey for the great books! She had the whole series read      (3 books) in about 2 weeks!

Thanks to Pa and Grandma Martineau for the beautiful shirt and game. Both are being used regularly!

A basketball hoop from Daddy and boots from Mommy, and the boys got her some new markers. Happy Birthday Emma!

It’s Soccer Time!

Well, it was soccer time in September. Our YMCA offers Pee Wee Sports for little kids. Each month is a different sport. So in September they offered soccer. Spencer was SO excited. So here are a few pictures of him!

He shoots!

Sometimes Spencer was worn out and needed a quick break.

We  missed out on baseball and football, but hopefully we can get him signed up for basketball in December. He’s an active boy, and it would be good for all of us if he got to play more sports! :)

More baby pictures!

Yeah, I finally have more pictures to put up! All of these are from the first two weeks after Sydney  was born.

Grandpa and Grandma Fullmer were able to come for a few days when Sydney was a week and a half old. It was SO good to see them! Spencer and Grandpa had some good bonding moments. (I absolutely love this picture! It will always be one of my favorites).

2010-10-19 013

Some day I’ll learn how to edit photos so I can fix Sydney’s glowing eyes. :)

Here we are outside enjoying the nice weather!

My cute Emma!

And Ben lost a tooth. It literally flew out of his mouth when he breathed out one time – and he caught it in mid air! Now that’s talent.

And here are just a couple more of Sydney. One while we were outside, and the second one when she was getting ready for a bath. She has been such a good little baby! The kids are getting adjusted to having her here and are very excited that she will start smiling soon!

She’s Here!

Sydney Gale has arrived!

And she came 2 1/2 weeks early, surprising us all! She’s absolutely adorable! (of course) :) The big kids are pretty excited about having her home. So here are a couple of pictures of our little girl.

Here she is, ready to go home from the hospital. Hopefully I can get more pictures up regularly, but don’t count on it.:)

Driggs the finale

I just wanted to put up the last of my pictures from Driggs. So here are the last random pics that I have.

I know there aren’t many people who read this blog who would recognize this house. Maybe just Chris, and he’s the one who took this picture. But this is my Aunt Valone and Uncle Guy’s house in Driggs. Well, it’s where they lived all the time I was growing up (they have since moved to Idaho Falls). Aunt Valone is my dad’s older sister. As kids, we spent plenty of time here on our vacations to Driggs. I know that I have so many memories here! Like playing Annie-I-Over (I have no idea if that’s how you spell that), playing cards, sitting at the counter talking to Aunt Valone, and Chris do you remember the multi-hour home video we watched of Uncle Guy and Randy fishing in Alaska? Anyway, it’s fun thinking back.

And I just had to put this picture in. This is a piece of land that we saw for sale. For those of you who might care, that white building is the Legion Hall – just so you have an idea where this land is located. Anyway, I think it was .79 acres, and the asking price was $1.2 million! What?! What has happened to the little Driggs that we visited as kids. It has changed so much!

While we were there, Grandma Fullmer gave Linus his first hair cut. I could hardly stop looking at his cute face, and those big beautiful eyes! I think he did really well for his first cut (and I think Fenna did really well too) :).

One of the days we were there Adam and I and the kids went over to  Jackson Hole.

And lastly, the day we left Driggs to return home, we were able to spend a little time at the Fullmer Family Reunion. Emma and Ben got their faces painted. And then the kids played in the creek for a while.

Driggs again

I’m a bit behind in blogging right now, so I’m going to try and get caught up quickly. So first, is the rest of our trip to Driggs over the summer. One of the things we used to do as kids when we visited Driggs, was walk down town and go to the Corner Drug store for candy, shakes, ice cream, etc., all the things you can find in the drug store of a small town. One of the treats they sold there was called a lime freeze. Apparently, over the years they have become quite well known for their lime freezes. So I was so excited to be going to Driggs to stuff myself with them. :)

Here we all are walking down town.

This is the sign over the door.

It’s much fancier now than what I remember as a kid. :)
