Ivins - Day 1 of 4

For Thanksgiving this year we went to Dana's parents in Ivins, UT. We had a great time and so you get to see pictures for the next 4 days.

This first batch is us in Ogden, UT. A straight 9 hour drive is too much for our little family, so we usually stop in Ogden. The kids love staying in hotels, and of course we have to find hotels with pools.

One of the days we were in Ivins we went to see some of the sights (since we never really have). We went to the Brigham Young winter home, the tabernacle (which was closed for carpet cleaning), and Judd's store for ice cream.

Emma Lost Another Tooth

Of course this was in October. Emma now has her other top front tooth that is about to come out any day.

And then I also had to post pictures of the caped super heroes...

Fall Has Come and Gone

Luckily we got a few pictures before fall ended. I guess since last year I mostly had pictures of Ben in the leaves, we have Spencer and Emma this year.

We had some awfully cute trick-or-treaters this year. Emma was a witch, Ben a ninja, and Spencer was a baseball player. We had fun getting a few templates off the internet for our pumpkins. Ben wanted to do a spider and Emma did a pumpkin with witch hat eyes and a bat mouth.

Emma's 7th Birthday

So Emma turned 7 in October. We had a family party where Megan, John, Daniel, and Rachel came over and we had cake and presents. A few days after her birthday she was able to take two friends to the Discovery Center and Maggy Moo's for ice cream. She had a great time.

Grandchildren Pics

So my parents celebrated their anniversary in October. We gave them some pictures of their grandkids. Here were a couple of the pictures from that photo shoot.

Berkeley, CA - Post 4 of 4

So these are some of my favorite pictures from our trip. After Muir wood we took a very windy road up to Stinson Beach. We weren't sure if we would do a lot there, but the kids LOVED playing at the beach. They loved wave jumping (as long as they were holding my hand), playing in the sand, and catching sand crabs with Uncle Chris. So anyway here are the pics and the final post from our trip to Berkeley in October.

BTW - It looks very funny to see these pictures at the beach since it has been snowing for two days here in Boise.
